psychologist with a business background, Nancy brings a
rich diversity of experience to her consulting work with
organizations and individuals. She specializes in executive
development programs such as executive coaching, 360 feedback
and developmental assessments. With a straightforward and
practical style, Nancy helps individuals leverage their
strengths, strategize about their leadership challenges,
and develop the skills to take their career to the next
level. Some of the skill areas she specializes in are: enhancing
leadership impact, developing more effective conflict management
skills, and motivating and inspiring team members. Nancy
has been working with executives for 10 + years and has
coached over 250 individuals as part of in-depth development
programs lasting over a year. She has worked with a total
of over 1000 managers and executives on their personal and
professional development in coaching, assessment, 360 degree
feedback, and career development programs.
Her
clients include TXU, RadioShack, Tenet HealthSystem,
Deloitte, American Airlines, Sabre Holdings, Samson Companies

Nancy
previously served as a consultant with Personnel Decisions
International (PDI), a worldwide human resource consulting
firm which helps companies select and develop their leadership
talent. As manager of Coaching Services for the Southwest
region of PDI, she trained and mentored other consultants
and worked with senior executives in the retail, healthcare,
restaurant, technology, banking and consumer product industries.
She has also been involved in the rollout of global consulting
projects such as a coaching project in Latin America and
developmental assessments for executives in the Asia Pacific
region. Prior to her association with PDI, Nancy held a
faculty appointment at UT Southwestern Medical Center and
consulted extensively with a large school district in Texas.
Nancy
holds a M.S. and Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from
the University of North Texas. She has conducted extensive
research on career decision-making and won an award from
the Dallas Psychological Association for her dissertation
work in this area. She earned a B.B.A. in Accounting
from Baylor University and held a CPA license from 1984 – 2001. Early
in her career Nancy worked on the audit staff of Arthur
Young & Co.
and served as Controller for a real estate development company.
She served on the Peer Assistance Committee for the Texas
Society of CPAs for many years and recently authored an
article for the statewide magazine, Today's CPA.
She has also contributed to articles on career issues and
coaching for the Chicago Tribune and the Dallas Morning
News. Nancy is a member of the American Psychological Association
and the Society of Consulting Psychology.
